All Inclusive or A la carte?

Completely up to you! We offer both rental only and all inclusive packages to suit everyone’s needs. Want to order in some pizzas? Bring a sheet cake and some paper plates? Sounds like a plan!

Space rental is $200 per event hour, which includes 1 hour of set up (2 if having a beach ceremony) and 1 hour of breakdown. All events are subject to a 2 hour rental minimum, Saturdays and holidays are subject to a 3 hour rental minimum.

Looking for an all inclusive option? We’ve got you! Let us know how many guests you’re expecting and your vision for the event (brunch with the ladies? laid back bbq? traditional catering with servers?) and we’ll get back to you with a personalized quote.

FAQ

  • Is there a security deposit?

    Yes, we take a $200 refundable deposit with each booking which will be returned the day following the event, as long as the space is left in its original state.

  • Is there someone on site for our event?

    Yes, we will have someone on staff to make sure that the facilities are in good working order and ensure that food/beverages are delivered as planned (for all inclusive packages)

  • Can we have alcohol?

    Absolutely, we love a good time! We do require event insurance for events that require alcohol though - they’re not too expensive - you can buy a policy through WedSafe.com.

  • Is there parking?

    Yes, we have a parking lot behind our building that we share with Latin Shark - there is also street parking and a parking garage one block away

  • Is there outdoor space?

    We can set up highboys on the front sidewalk, we find that helps larger events spread out!

  • What is the Max capacity?

    We can comfortably seat up to 32 guests… anything more than that gets a bit cramped.

  • Is there a restroom?

    Yes, we have one single stall restroom.

  • do you offer floral arrangements / greenery for tables?

    Absolutely! We have a flower bar in store and are happy to help with any decor that you need, from simple greenery and candles to more elaborate arrangements.

  • Will the store be open during our event?

    The store will be open for small scale events that only plan on utilizing the main space. For larger events it will be closed for the event rental time, however, it will remain open during set up and breakdown if they fall within normal operating hours.
